For Image Purchase & Custom Photo Products

  • All photo products available on Adoreprints are customized based on the image, size, thickness, and options selected by the customer.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded as the product is made-to-order.

  • The customer is responsible for uploading high-quality images. Blurry, low-resolution, or pixelated images may affect the final print quality.

  • Colors shown on screen may vary slightly from the final printed product due to screen and printing limitations.

  • By uploading images, the customer confirms that they own the rights to the image and that it does not violate copyright or intellectual property laws.

  • Adoreprints will not be responsible for any copyright infringement caused by customer-uploaded images.

  • Product images displayed on the website are for representation purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.

  • Any damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or external factors will not be covered under replacement.

Payment Terms

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. Cash on Delivery (if available) is subject to approval.

  • Prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • In case of payment failure or technical issues, the order will not be confirmed.

  • Adoreprints reserves the right to change prices, offers, or discounts without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned on the product page and may vary based on location and order volume.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • Please ensure correct shipping details are provided. Adoreprints is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

  • Products once shipped cannot be redirected or address changed.

Returns & Replacement

  • As products are customized, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Any damaged or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper images for verification.

  • Replacement requests will be approved only after internal quality verification.

  • No refunds will be provided once the product is approved for printing.

General Terms

  • Adoreprints reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of policies.

  • We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • All disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction only.
